Before we pack and ship the furniture, we always check every part of the furniture, to make sure there is no imperfection occurring on each item, and we always send the detail picture of the furniture to the customer to get their approval before the shipment.

If you are not satisfied with an item or if it is damaged in shipment, please contact us by e-mail immediately with detail picture of the broken item.

Depending on the fault, we will either send you a replacement item in your next container, put a special discount if the breakage is repairable or refund your money.

And since every item is handmade by individuals, variations in carving, measurements, design and decoration may be vary on each piece, and it should be expected and cannot be avoided.
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, and cleaned using the wrong cleaning products.

This guarantee does not cover the tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
